Hi there! Interested in becoming a vendor at our market?

We are SO happy you are here! 

First things first, we should start off by telling you that we are ALL about community here! Our goal is to lift up and support local and sustainably focused small business owners, makers and artists. We welcome all and have a soft spot for women owned and BI-POC owned businesses, as well as all things vintage and handmade.

If this sounds like the perfect market for you, we really hope you'll join us!

How Many Vendors Do You Allow?

- We allow 24 retail vendors, plus food, beverage and entertainment vendors.

What Categories Of Vendors Do You Allow?

- We allow for following categories: Vintage home and clothing, locally made clothing, sustainable, locally sourced or handmade home goods, ceramic arts, textile arts, and painted/illustrated art, and locally grown flowers. We also accept a small amount of food and beverage vendors.

What Is The Vendor Fee?

- The current vendor fee for our Kitchmas Market is $250, with the exception of mobile vendors who will not be tented, whose fee is determined separately.

Is Anything Included In The Fee?

- Yes! Provided with your fee is a 10'  x 10' tented space with heating and lighting, one 6ft table with a designer linen and chair, as well as professional photos of yourself, your goods, the main market, all of which you will have full access to. Vendor parking is included.

When Is The Vendor Fee Due?

- It is due at the time of sign-up. Your spot will not be held until your vendor ticket is purchased. 

What If I Need To Cancel, Can I Be Refunded?

-We are able to refund your vendor fee up until we place our rental order. After that time, we will not be able to issue a refund. You may transfer your spot to another vendor though! 


How Many People Are Expected?

- We have 500 tickets available, plus the vendor and venue teams!

Is There A Rain Date?

- No, our market is rain or shine! 

What Time Is The Market?

- 10am - 11am for our early bird ticket holders,

11am - 3pm for our general admission ticker holders.

Vendor Set Up is 8am - 9:30am.

When Do Tickets Go On Sale?

- The market tickets will go on sale on November 1st, 2022

How Much Will Tickets Cost?

- Early bird tickets will cost $20, all other tickets will cost $15

Will there be food?

- Yes! We will have food trucks and beverage vendors!

Are dogs allowed?

- Unless your dog is a service dog, we are unable to allow pets at this time. We are a working farm, so our free range chicken and ducks will be sure to greet you though!
